The Cira Award Scholarship is now open for applications! The Cira Award Student Scholarship Program, sponsored by Brandywine Realty Trust, is designed to engage students in the thriving land use industry in Philadelphia. Recap: “The Fillmore Tour: From Empty Warehouse to Concert Destination”

On Tuesday, September 25th, the ULI Philadelphia NEXT Council organized a tour of The Fillmore Philadelphia. As the newest Fillmore location, the site is housed in an old metal foundry and consists of two music venues: a 2,500-capacity live music club and a more intimate 450-capacity concert hall known as The Foundry. The ULI Philadelphia Women’s Leadership Initiative had their first meeting for their new theme of “balance” on September 12th at the Public Health Management Corporation offices on Market Street.
