Camden Redevelopment Agency Seeks Proposals

The Camden Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is soliciting Proposals from qualified developers for the redevelopment of the historic Pierre Building owned by the Camden Redevelopment Agency located at 304-306 Cooper Street, adjacent to Rutgers University, Camden Campus, in Downtown Camden, New Jersey.   The submittal date for Proposals is December 12, 2013. Webinars, Grant Program on Non-Contiguous Cluster Development Offered by NJ Future

ULI Philadelphia is pleased to partner with New Jersey Future to offer two webinars for officials, planners and citizens interested in using the state’s enhanced municipal land use tools to direct planning for compact, walkable communities while preserving open space, farmland, or historic sites. The first webinar, on Tuesday, Dec. 3, introduces the enhanced clustering tools for a general audience.
