Rowan University’s SJ Technology Park Seeking Letters of Interest

The South Jersey Technology Park at Rowan University is receiving letters of interest from prospective development partners that would like to participate in the next phase of its expansion.  The current phase will include approximately 270,000 square feet of combined research, development and office space with an anticipated delivery of Winter 2015/Spring 2016.  Interested parties can obtain additional information about this process and submit brief letters of interest to  Conceptual drawings and specific directions regarding the letter of interest can be found at
