Major Forum

The benefits of Forum Sponsorships are related to the specific event. Four major forums are held each year in Philadelphia, each attracting 300-500 real estate professionals. The September forum focuses on urban issues; the November forum is the region’s biggest economic forecast; the February/March forum highlights regional and suburban issues; and the May/June forum is a marketplace of ideas and exhibits.

Major Forum

Each major forum has a maximum of two (2) Title Sponsors from non-competing businesses, and a maximum of three (3) non-competing Supporting Sponsors. All renewing major forum title and perpetual supporting sponsors will retain their 2012-2013 rates for the following year and have first right of refusal.

• Cost: $2,500 per Forum.
• Be one of only 3 non-competing businesses.
• Logo on marketing materials on email newsletters and other marketing materials which reach more than 3,000 real estate leaders and are posted online.
• Opportunity to display corporate banner at forum.
• Complimentary half-table (4 registrations).
• Logo/company name displayed at meeting and on program.
• Sponsor acknowledgment from podium.
• One invitation to Annual Sponsors Appreciation Breakfast.
• NEW BENEFIT! Quarter-page ad in Annual Membership Directory.

Special Perpetual Supporting Sponsorship ($7,500 per fiscal year) includes a Supporting Sponsorship for each of the 4 major forums with all benefits listed above, plus logo on sponsor video. Value $10,000 per year if each forum supporting sponsorship purchased separately.
