The Workforce Housing (“WFH”) Program seeks to unlock developable parcels to those committed to producing housing that is affordable to moderate income households. The Philadelphia Land Bank (“Land Bank”) invites competitive workforce housing proposals from developers to purchase and develop the following publicly owned properties (vacant lots), located in the West Poplar neighborhood of Philadelphia.
