Young Leaders

The Young Leaders Council was conceived as an opportunity to bring young ULI members together and to strengthen their relationship and involvement with the organization. Today, almost 250 Young Leaders in the Philadelphia region comprise this group, actively forming their own programs and participating in the District Council’s events, outreach initiatives and volunteer activities. If you are ULI member under age 35, you are automatically a Young Leader member.

Young Leaders

The mission of the Young Leaders Council is to serve the greater ULI mission by educating and engaging a diverse group of real estate professionals through continuous educational development, sharing best practices, exposing members to industry leaders and foster an environment conducive to creating and maintaining lasting relationships.

Once you become a Young Leader member, we invite you to get engaged with the Young Leaders Council, which meets monthly (second Thursday of the month at 4:00pm) to plan programs and outreach initiatives. The Young Leaders plan networking events, project tours, breakfasts, roundtables and workshops. We are always looking for ideas for programming and welcome your involvement so please contact the Young Leader Co-Chairs to get engaged!

Young Leaders also oversee the Mentorship Program, which pairs Young Leaders and students with more seasoned professionals. You must be a member to participate. To learn more about this program, contact Ben Houck, 215-430-6678.
