Regional Satellite Councils

Regional Satellite Councils plan and produce programming relevant to ULI’s mission in the specific regions of Central Pennsylvania, Lehigh Valley, Poconos Northeast, Southern New Jersey and Delaware. We invite you to shape the conversation if you live, work and/or have an interest in these regions:

South Jersey Council: Develop and support membership, programming and sponsorship in this region of our coverage area. Co-Chairs: Geoff Lanza, 732-665-5500; and Pete Porretta, 215-732-6883.

Delaware Council: Develop membership, programming and sponsorship in this region of our coverage area. Co-Chairs: Jenna Harwanko, 302-656-9600; Bill Russell, 267-328-6510; and Jay White, 302-439-0445.

Central Pennsylvania Council: Develop and support membership, programming and sponsorship in this region of our coverage area. Co-Chairs: Brad Jones, 717-255-1041; Tom Smithgall, 717-293-4403; and Shanna Terroso, 717-843-7891.

Lehigh Valley Council: Develop and support membership, programming and sponsorship in this region of our coverage area, including Lehigh and Northampton Counties, as well as parts of Eastern Berks County and Upper Bucks County. Pocono Northeast Council: Develop and support membership, programming and sponsorship in this region of our coverage area, including Monroe, Pike, Carbon, Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties. Co-Chairs: John Cote, 201-398-4684; and Bill Hopkins, 570-424-8867.
