Tour of Philadelphia’s First Vertical Neighborhood
Developed as Philadelphia’s first true “Vertical Neighborhood”, the 49-story, 730 foot tall FMC Tower at Cira Centre South is a mixed-use skyscraper that combines iconic architecture and LEED-based sustainable design. The FMC Tower is the final phase of Brandywine Realty Trust’s 2.7 million square foot Cira Centre South development and includes 622,000 square feet of trophy office space as well as 19 stories of ultra-luxury residential living developed by Brandywine in partnership with AKA by Korman Communities.
