Grant Program

The ULI Foundation Annual Fund provides funding for Urban Innovation Grants to support local ULI projects that recognize or launch innovative public private partnerships that will advance the responsible use of land in building healthy, thriving communities worldwide. The Foundation has contributed $250,000 for FY13.

Grant Program

Grants may range in size from $5,000-$25,000. Winners are announced annually at the Fall Meeting. District Councils and National Councils are encouraged to apply by the application deadline, which will be announced shortly.

ULI Philadelphia recently received a $25,000 Urban Innovation Grant from the ULI Foundation.  As part of the World Class Greater Philadelphia intitiative, ULI Philadelphia, in partnership with the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, will convene business executives, civic leaders, and issue experts to help create a Global Positioning Strategy (GPS) for infrastructure that supports global connectivity.  Click here to see the full list of winners.
