If you are a ULI member under age 35, you are automatically part of our Young Leaders Group.

• Monthly Real Estate Roundtables are generally open to members only, during which an experienced ULI member talks about a specific project in detail over breakfast or lunch.  Due to the confidential nature of these programs, participation is limited to the first 20-25 registrants.
  
• Fourth Friday Breakfasts offer an opportunity to talk with colleagues informally, and are open to members and prospective members. 
  
• Quarterly Happy Hours are open to members and prospective members and typically held at a local restaurant, club, or new venue. These are great opportunities to meet with colleagues and industry leaders on a more social basis.

Young Leaders Group events are designed for maximum networking, in addition to a quality learning experience, for ULI members of all ages. All Young Leaders Group events are part of the overall programming for ULI Philadelphia and can be found on the Events page.
