The Philadelphia District Council encompasses the Central Pennsylvania region. This committee has held forums most recently in Harrisburg, Lancaster and York. The Central Pennsylvania Regional Satellite Council meets quarterly either by conference call or at a committee member’s office in the Harrisburg/Lancaster/York area to plan upcoming programs and outreach initiatives.
