Get your motor running…head out on the highway and join us for a close-up look at one of the most unique and exciting economic development projects in the region. The New Jersey Motorsports Park, located in Millville (Cumberland County), opened in July 2008, to rave reviews from the racing community. In addition to its obvious impact on the local tourism and recreational industries, NJMP is expected to generate tens of millions of dollars of private investment in new hotels, restaurants and complementary automotive businesses.

Already, NJMP's $42 million phase one has catalyzed proposals for three new hotels and a major East Coast headquarters for a prominent racing team. Learn about these developments and the anticipated $200 million in upcoming projects that will transform Millville and the South Jersey region over the next five years.

Panelists include: Joseph Derella, Millville Vice Mayor; Dr. Kim Ayres, Millville Planning Director; Geoffrey Lanza, PE, PP, LEED AP, Senior Vice President, PS & S Consulting Engineers; Joe Savaro, New Jersey Motorsports Park; and Steve Durst, Site Acquisition Director, Goodman Properties.

After the panel discussion and networking, trolley tours of the 500 acre motorsports complex will be available for participants. Special thanks to Event Title Sponsors: Bertino & Associates and the City of Millville and Event Supporting Sponsor PS&S Consulting Engineers and NFI Real Estate.
