Transit-oriented development (TOD) has been the recipient of considerable attention as the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act pumps billions of dollars into transportation infrastructure projects nationwide. All are invited to join the Young Leaders Group for breakfast as a panel of leading developers and TOD experts discuss funding opportunities, land use and infrastructure considerations and several ongoing TOD projects in the tri-state area.

Keynote and moderator is David J. Hartzell, Steven D. Bell and Leonard W. Wood Distinguished Professor in Real Estate; Professor of Finance, UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Panelists include: Timothy Henkel, Senior VP, Pennrose Properties; David Lebor of Dranoff Properties; and Anthony Marchetta, VP, LCOR, Inc. Our morning will begin with breakfast and networking at 8:00 am followed by our program from 8:30-10:00 am.
