October 3rd: Philadelphia Historic Preservation Task Force Meeting

Mayor Kenney created a historic preservation task force to help the City reassess how Philadelphia preserves its historic resources. The task force will explore strategies and make recommendations regarding: • Surveying historic resources • Incentivizing preservation • Regulating for preservation outcomes • Education The task force includes experts in historic preservation, development, archaeology, land use and architecture. Lindsay Bodin Wins 2017 ULI Fall Meeting WLI Langan Scholarship

ULI Philadelphia has announced that Lindsay Bodin, Project/Property Manager at AthenianRazak , is the recipient of the 2017 ULI Fall Meeting Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Langan Scholarship. Ms. Bodin holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University. She serves as a board member for East Falls Development Corporation, is also a member of its Design Committee, and is the Membership Administrator for The Rail Park. As the new Manager, Abby will be overseeing the new Local Product Councils, ULI’s Technical Assistance Panel (TAPs) program and organizational communications.
