Philly Ranks 11th in the Country for Green Buildings

ULI Philadelphia Adopts New Strategic Action Plan

During a months-long process, members and staff from ULI Philadelphia worked together to update the district council’s strategic plan.  The first step of the process included a survey that was sent out to all members. A core working group of 11 members including former district council chairs, and current committee chairs then drafted the plan.  The key objectives of this  committee were to set the direction and goals for the district council for the next five years.
