On Friday, Nov. 18, over 500 people joined ULI Philadelphia in welcoming Mitchell M. Roschelle from Pricewaterhouse-Coopers at The Union League for his presentation on Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2017. PRA Is Seeking Proposals for 36 Properties

Proposals  for 36 properties at 6200 Osage Avenue and 6200 Pine Street in the Cobbs Creek Philadelphia are due by December 16. There will be a site visit on November 28 at 10am at 6216 Osage Avenue. The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority wants developers to take into consideration the history of the area and trauma residents may have experienced. More information can be found here.

Philadelphia Land Bank Re-Issues West Poplar Workforce Housing RFP

The Philadelphia Land Bank re-issued the West Poplar Workforce Housing RFP. Developers are encouraged to submit proposals for seven publicly owned vacant lot properties in the West Poplar neighborhood of Philadelphia.
