On Tuesday, December 8th members of ULI Philadelphia gathered at Vesper, a classic Center City club brought back to life, for the organization’s annual holiday party. This year’s offerings included a 50/50 raffle benefiting ULI’s scholarship fund, delicious hors d’oeuvres, and unlimited beer and wine.
